For adults aged 18 and over, it is recommended to consume 1 effervescent tablet dissolved in 200 ml of water daily. It should not be used by pregnant or nursing women or people under the age of 18. Do not drive or operate machinery and do not consume alcohol while using this product. It should not be used for more than two months.
